Boudoir photography is a challenging genre, far more than simple snaps of a partly clothed subject. To do it well, results in images people are proud to show, with an obvious look of combined art and sensuality, rather than ‘tacky’ snaps. To reach that level, the photographer has to understand how too light the subject, put them at ease, how they should be posed, and good post capture skills which today are fundamental. But it is not just the professional or aspiring pro who this workshop will provide these answers for, but also the enthusiast, who simply wishes no more than to create wonderful shots of their partner for posterity.
About John ClementsJohn Clements has an amazing photographic pedigree spanning the last 30 years. As a photographer, his clients include those from the corporate world including house hold names, well known people and the Great British Public. He has photographed across a wide genre of people and non people photography. In addition, he was formerly Nikon UK’s ‘Advisor Of Photography’ for a number of years, a privileged position, and has worked in a consultancy capacity with many other leading photographic companies. Author of over a dozen books, sold in numerous languages, John has widely written and road tested equipment for a significant number of photo magazines through the years also. But increasingly, it is his workshop and seminar presentations that excite people. Delivered with a clear, concise, motivational and very approachable style that delegates warm too. All that combined, means we are very pleased to offer his courses at many of our branches. Been there, seen it, and still doing it, with an enthusiasm and a passion. |
